Fantastic Fillies glady accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card and Paypal. Credit and Debit are both accepted, but all transactions will be authorized as Credit. ORDERING OVER THE TELEPHONE - Order by calling us Toll-Free at 1-866-569-2662 When ordering by phone, you will receive exceptional customer service. Your order will be taken personally by a member of our staff, who will gladly assist you in taking your order information, payment method or answer any question you may have. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card for phone orders. Our friendly staff is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 am through 5:00 pm, EST. Please note: we are closed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as all major holidays, for phone orders only. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Returns and exchanges can be made only with seven (7) days of the date that it was received (according to the tracking website). The only method of return/exchange is to initiate an email to support@fantasticfillies.com or call by calling toll-free at 1-866-569-2622. You will then be given a returned merchandise authorization. Returned items received back to Fantastic Fillies without a returned merchandise authorizion will not be refunded. The refund/exchange value will be the amount of the item(s) minus shipping fees. SALES TAX Fantastic Fillies is required to charge a 6% sales tax rate on all orders that will be shipped within the State of Kentucky. Please visit http://revenue.ky.gov/business/salesanduse.htm for more information. SHIPPING All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which carries an immediate liability of $100.00 USD. Fantastic Fillies is not responsible or liable for any damage and/or lost shipment. Please contact the USPS using your tracking number assigned to your order for any complaints, questions or liability issues. If you have a non-tracking question, please email shipping@fantasticfillies.com. Items that are in stock will usually ship within 1-2 working days. Our standard shipping level is USPS Priority Mail at the flat rate of $6.95 regarding of the amount/size of your order. For Express Mail orders, or for orders outside of the continental United States, please call our toll-free number at (866) 569-2622 to receive a shipping quote. Please note that the number of shipping days refers to business days. Sundays and holidays are not included. GIFT WRAP/BAG is available as a free service.
